yo99 takes login security seriously. Every time you access your account, multiple layers of protection are working in the background to keep your balance and personal information safe. Here is what is in place for every Pakistan player:
All data transmitted during login — your credentials, your session token, your balance requests — is encrypted end-to-end using industry-standard SSL. Your details are never sent in plain text.
Enable 2FA from your account settings for an extra layer of protection. A one-time code sent to your registered mobile is required whenever a login is attempted from a new device or location.
If a login attempt is detected from an unfamiliar location or device, yo99 sends an instant alert to your registered mobile number so you can act immediately if it was not you.
For your protection, inactive sessions are automatically logged out after a set period. This is especially useful if you access yo99 from a shared device or public network.
Most login issues on yo99 are straightforward to fix. Before reaching out to support, run through these common checks:
The most frequent reason players cannot log in is a forgotten password. If you have not logged in for a while or recently changed devices, it is easy to mix up credentials. Head to the FAQ page where the account recovery process is explained step by step.
If you are entering your mobile number, make sure you are using the same number that was registered with your yo99 account. Some players have two SIMs and accidentally enter the wrong one. Similarly, if you registered with an email address, use that email — not your phone number — in the login field.
Caps Lock is worth checking, especially on mobile keyboards that auto-capitalise the first character. Passwords on yo99 are case-sensitive, so a capital letter where there should not be one will block access every time.
yo99 will never ask for your password by SMS, WhatsApp or live chat. If anyone claiming to be yo99 support asks for your password, do not share it and report the contact immediately.
The yo99 mobile app for Android offers a faster, smoother login experience compared to a mobile browser. Once you install the app and log in for the first time, you can enable biometric login — fingerprint or face unlock — so future logins take just a second.
The app is lightweight and designed to work well on Pakistani mobile networks, including 4G and even slower connections. Cricket match pages, live casino streams and slot games all load quickly. Your account balance, bet slip and bonus status are visible on the home screen the moment you sign in.
Notifications for live match updates, bonus activations and account alerts are available through the app and can be customised from your account settings. If you are following PSL closely or waiting on a withdrawal confirmation, push notifications save you from having to check manually.
Download yo99 AppThe yo99 dashboard gives you a clear overview of everything in your account. Your PKR balance — real money and any active bonus balance — is displayed at the top. Recent bets, recent game activity and any pending withdrawals are listed in the account history section.
If there is a new promotion available — a PSL reload offer, a cashback deal during a major T20 series or a fish games tournament — a notification banner will appear on the dashboard so you do not miss it. Claiming most bonuses is a single click from the promotions section.
From the logged-in dashboard you can also manage your account details, update your payment methods, request withdrawals and access responsible gaming tools like deposit limits and session reminders. Everything is in one place so you do not need to hunt through settings.
Check Your VIP StatusIf you do not have a yo99 account yet, registration is free and takes under two minutes. All you need is a valid mobile number, an email address and a preferred payment method. JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfers are all accepted for first deposits in PKR.
New accounts qualify for a welcome bonus on the first deposit. Once you register, the full yo99 platform — Cricket betting, PSL markets, live casino, slots, fish games and VIP rewards — is immediately accessible.
